• Screening candidates and matching them to suitable job roles.
• Managing clients and candidate feedback forms
• Prepare for interview such as: receive and screen resume, make plan for interview, inform to candidates.
• Collect pre-employment requirements and update the status every end of the week.
• Make a check-list of all employees who qualified or suitable job roles.
• Make a list of employee or candidates who scheduled for interview
• Assist all employee for their own concern and inquiries
• Make a data record of all employee such as their personal information

Job Description: General Affairs staff

• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies.
• Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
• Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards and office keys.
• Research, price and purchase office furniture’s and office supplies, pantry supplies.
• Meet and greet clients and visitors.
• Create and modify documents using Microsoft office, Excel and Power Point presentation.
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited like photocopy, faxing, mailing and filing.
• Prepared team building.
• Retrieve documents from filing documents.
• Other duties as assigned
