I’m a customer service specialist in Technical/Digital support, for several years. I provided phone, email and chat support for several internet service providers, communication companies and electronic book traders, across the continental USA, Hawaii. Alaska and Puerto Rico. I also had a stint with an online travel company for a start, in the BPO industry. My first job was teaching high school and college students, english, biology and social science. I stayed on this job till the BPO industy came to the Philippines.

I provided excellent quality service for a variety of customer issues such as internet connection and connectivity troubleshooting electronic book readers, orders and digital assistance. I also booked travelers to airline carriers, cruise ships and land vehicle rentals as well as hotel accomodations.
I am very good in giving customers an excellent experience over the phone.

I have several in dept experience in using electronic tools required by the different accounts that have worked in. I always see to it that I know their use by heart so that I would not only get the job well done but do it with the highest quality, for customer satisfaction. I have good communication skills and have been exposed to different accounts in the contact center both customer service and technical customer care. I am self motivated and can work with minimum supervision as I am willing to constantly learn and be trained in every job that I undertake. I am a good team player as well.
