05/06/2016- Scoot Airline 酷 航 ( Singapore Airline parent company ) 02/28/2017 新加坡航空 母工司 Mandarin Customer Service Representative ( Reservations - ticketing ) Salary: 60,000 pesos. 3:00 pm - 12 midnight ( closing ). OT available.  Uses the SKYSPEED (Airline booking system) 行空售票系统  to help Scoot Airline 酷 航,Nokscoot Airlines 酷鸟航空( Thailand ), Tiger Airline 虎 航 passengers who are unable to book online. Purchasing flight reservations, re-booking (re-scheduling), baggage, meals, seats, etc...  Handle voice support from China, Thailand, Singapore, Australia, etc.  Assist passenger ( pax ) concerns and inquiries via phone calls, emails from Scoot 酷 航,Nokscoot 酷鸟, Tiger 虎 航  Experience in handling complaints and resolutions due to agent errors.  Helps Zendesk email dept of Scoot & Nokscoot to translate medical certificates from Simplified Chinese ( China) or Traditional Chinese ( Taiwan ) to English verbally for email team to approve/ dis-approve voucher or credit card refunds, etc...  Helps guest to pay using credit card (Visa and Master Card) thru the skyspeed sytem.  Informing guests on how to send the medical/ death certificate to feedback form 反馈箱(长见问答), etc...  helps pax to redeem voucher payments 抵用券or refunds.  Explains how to use MMB (Manage My Booking) 管理预订for payment or adding any other services they need  Schedule change ( re-booking) due to weather ( typhoon/ flood/ fog/ snow )  Flight changed by airline due to plane scheduled maintenance / cooperation with the airport on departure date.  I sold 100% of the SCOOT connecting flight insurance called THRU. Even though the company doesn't require agents to sell it. • If pax are interested in regular insurance. SPI regulation: We should tell pax to call the affiliated insurance company and inform guest we are not qualified to give insurance information. • Note for employers : Agents have the pax insurance benefits & compensation information except for the price. Mandarin-Cantonese Team Leader (TL) Berwin was strict but patient in teaching us.  Because I had perfected my personalized communication skill. My colleagues including 3 year veterans are copying my technique. They would imitate every word I said. They want me to sit beside them all the time. Online booking problems, etc... .  Most pax would listen to my advice instead of filing a complaint to feedback form due to wrong info given by agents.  Travel agencies booking errors > group bookings/ meals/ baggage requirements  Pax who arent able to board the plane on time is the biggest problem. Our check in time and departure time is earlier by 1 hour. Sometime a group of 5 pax are left behind. Pax wants refund.  Once there is schedule change due to typhoon/ fog/ snow/ flood/ plane maintenance. Non-stop calls from log in til log out. Re-confirm the flight,re-sched the flight date within 7 days, voucher refund, etc...  I would rather have quality calls than 2 minute calls. Need to retain regular customers also get new passengers. SPI-Global was sold to SPI-CRM . Because most English & Mandarin agents didnt work on December and Chinese New Year holidays. Parent company Scoot, the Singapore Airlines didnt recontract. SPI's Scoot Airline account dissolved. SPI doesnt want to pay the compensation for terminating Mandarin agents, due to dissolved account. SPI is transferring Mandarin agents to PAL ( Phil Airlines) account as English agent. Salary 15,000 pesos. No tax refunds received for 1 year English and 3 year veteran Mandarin agents Reason for leaving: SPI Espana, Manila contract with Scoot Airline is until March 31, 2017. I worked with SPI for 9 months. I won't ask for compensation.  I received the Perfect attendance certificate for the month of May & June 2016  Pus 400 pesos Sodexo gift cheque.
