Responsible for regularly supporting the Association’s President’s projects.
Ensures subdivision’s operational activities run smoothly.
Maintain friendly relations with the homeowners and lot owners of the subdivision.
Performs limited supervisory duties as assigned by the President of the Association.
Handling bank accounts like deposits and withdrawals for the account of the association in his/her behalf.
Doing monthly and annual reports.
Receiving walk-in clients who would like to inquire and book events.
Provides leadership and responsible for making sure employees work together, that employee morale stays high and that workers remain motivated.
Answering phone calls and verifying big encashments/withdrawals from the account holder if the one withdrawing is a representative.
Accepting deposits (branch and inter-branch accounts) and withdrawals (branch and inter-branch accounts). For inter-branch withdrawal, you need to request for a fax copy of signature card of the client to the branch account for you to verify it.
Accepting BPI Credit Card, SSS, National Home Mortgage payments.
Exchanging dollar in to peso and peso to dollar of account holders only.
End-of-the-day procedure of a teller to sort his/her money and surrender it to his/her cash officer in charge.
Receiving walk-in clients who would like to open a new account. And offering to them our products and explaining the requirements needed to open an account, rates and maintaining balance of each product.
Opening a Peso Account (Time Deposit, Regular Savings w/ATM, Platinum, Platinum-4-Kids, Express Cash, Express Money Order, Checking Accounts) and Dollar Account (Time Deposit and Regular Dollar Savings Accounts).
Reporting replacement of ATM card, Express Cash, ATM complaints through email.
Updating the signatures of the clients by filling-up a new signature cards.
Filing important documents.
Providing variety call center services to inbound and outbound customers including telemarketing and customer care.
Encoding contracts for new clients who would like to subscribe a new installation of cable.
Accepting payments for the monthly subscription of the cable.
Receiving walk-in subscribers (prospective and old) and visitors.
Receiving phone calls; either subscribers and other callers.
Coordinate between departments regarding job orders (JO) and service orders (SO).
