o My present roles and responsibilities as Quality assurance Analyst in BPO Industry are: First, I am responsible in auditing the number of calls given by the client on a daily basis. Second is to Record feedback and to let the customer service representative know about his/hers areas of improvements. Third is to bring in necessary changes to the process and constant update of call center core process. Fourth is to check whether the CSR has incorporated knowledge and competence and the customer was able to comprehend to what the CSR was talking about. We are also responsible for attending call calibrations and the last but not the least one of the biggest responsibility of being a Quality Assurance analyst is to check if the CSR has used the right telephone etiquette ,and followed appropriate hold procedures and has given a proper resolution for the customer’s request. I’ve been part of the BPO family for almost 3 years of being a Technical support Representative and I got promoted as Quality assurance analyst last August 2016 up to January 2017.

- o I’m really open to any job right now because I do need to make an income and to practice my skills and expertise, however I have worked BPO Industries (also known as Call Center Industries), and my specialties includes troubleshooting networking problems like internet, phone problems and also out of scope of support problems under AT&T Account since I’ve been part of AT&T as Technical support Representative for almost 2 years and also I’ve been part of ATT UVERSE family as technical support representative for a year and half focusing on fixing UVERSE TV problems ,phone and internet problems and also I’ve been part of DIRECTV family which is one of the cable provider in US and other states of the world. I am technical support representative and my job was handling customers that has a DirecTV problems or cable problems.(fixing and troubleshooting to provide a good quality and high standard cable signal). And, I’m definitely looking for a position where I can grow—professional development is something that’s really important to me since I hope to take on managerial responsibilities in the future.o Sir/ Madam.I have two goals in my carrier. Short term goal and Long term goal. My short term goal is to get a job in a reputed company. And my long term goal is to be a best employee in a company and to become a respectable position in that company.
