An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administration Clerk to join this business on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Cruise manager, the main duties as Administration Clerk will include

* Assisting the payroll clerk with payroll administration.

* HR administration - producing contracts of employment and official HR documentation.

* Health & Safety - ensuring all legal documentation is kept up to date.

* Reception duties - answering the phone and greeting visitors.

* Ad hoc project work

The client is looking for someone with good attention to details coupled with a polite and confident telephone manner.
