REPORTING TO: Leader Development Manager / open to other industries (preferably with life insurance and bank experience) SALARY OFFER: 60, 000 to 70,000 gross Key Accountabilities: • Responsible for training on all Bancassurance products to the Bancassurance team and Bank partners. • Formulate input to the TNA, training calendar, training curriculum; aids and tools (development, maintenance, review, research, content, documentation, media) relating to bancassurance. • Conducts basic and advanced training programs on products, services and selling. • Supervise the Training Specialist for Bancassurance in handling training programs for the FSCs • Conducts pocket briefs to the sales management team and monitors its execution • Spearheads training- related initiatives, as necessary • Assists in sales related activities • Analyzes performance reports in order to identify impact of delivered modules/programs and to determine its use for further developmental interventions • Conducts workplace assessment to determine gained competencies • Disseminates training information that will promote business growth • Designs training manuals, aids, and other pertinent tools needed by the bancassurance team • Ensures timely and complete preparation of training materials • Ensures compliance to regular reports • Keeps abreast on external and internal opportunities for Trainers developmental plans Required Skills and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Business Management or equivalent • Minimum 5 years industry experience in Bancassurance/Bank training (analysis, development, design, implementation, evaluation) • Must have an in-depth knowledge or understanding of life insurance products and working knowledge of bancassurance business • Minimum 2 years in supervisory capacity • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Presentation/ Facilitation Skills • Platform Skills • Excellent Communication Skills • Willing to travel • Organization Skills, Leadership Skills, Team player, Results-oriented
