CORE COMPETENCIES (KSA): 1) Business Development Acumen 2) Sales and Marketing Trending 3) Human Resource Management Principles and Services 4) Service / Product Innovation 5) Service / Product Costing 6) Trade Marketing 7) Brand Management 8) Supervisory Leadership Technique (Organizing; Controlling; Planning & Leading) 9) Customer - Relationship Management 10) Database Management 11) Detail– Oriented and Precision 12) Microsoft Programs Working Knowledge 13) Reports Generation 14) Files Management (Hard and Soft Copies) 15) Time Management 16) Stress Management 17) Business and Organizational Sensitivity 18) Professionalism 19) Articulateness 20) Personal Hygiene, Grooming and Bearing 21) Sense of Urgency 22) Sense of Integrity 23) Dependability SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Generates and prepares Activities Checklist and Gantt Chart as needed / required per any strategy / program / project / initiative / activity. 2) Generates and prepares Sales, Trade, Promotion and other Marketing Strategies that are directly aligned to the company’s Vision, Mission, Values and Core Competencies. 3) Identifies potential markets, designs and proposes sales and marketing strategies most suitable to close the business with high yielding market segments. 4) Analyses, summarizes, consolidates and integrates all prospective business requirements and recommends best Business Development strategies. 5) Generates and prepares strategies, programs, projects, initiatives and activities that will increase / deepen / widen client / customer active database for business development of the company 6) Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses. 7) Forecasts projected business for the company and establishes targeted market share. 8) Improves service and product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving service and product promotion and packaging and recommending new service and product development consistent to the brand and growth of the company. 9) Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising (digital or otherwise) and trade promotion programs. 10) Builds and sustains customer relationships with key accounts through periodic visits; specific needs explorations; and anticipation of new opportunities. 11) Drafts and prepares proposals and all pertinent company presentation materials and government-related documents to build business relationships with target / prospective clients. 12) Projects expected profit for existing and new services and products. 13) Analyzes sales and marketing trends relevant to the business of the company. 14) Computes for services and product costing; establishes pricing strategies and recommends selling and investment prizes that will ensure competitiveness of the company amongst direct and indirect competitors. 15) Monitors Market Share of the company services and products in all relevant industry and continuously recommends new strategies to keep the company within the majority share. 16) Designs and recommends all other strategy / program / project / initiative / activity that will build on the Brand of the company consistent to the pursuit of its company Vision, Mission, Values and Core Competencies. 17) Masters the company’s services and products sufficiently enough to be able to build a credible and reliable sales pitch to target clientele. 18) Oversees the success and smooth glitch-free conduct of any strategy / program / project / initiative / activity pertinent to the success and function of the department and / or as may have been assigned by superior in operation. 19) Coordinates with all suppliers / Third Party Contractors, from canvassing phase, finalization of contract / job ordering to delivery / installation and payment phase, unless otherwise directed by the superior. 20) Spearheads in all marketing processes of any, from flyering, calling – outs, email sending, email blasting, and other possible activities relevant to the said processes. 21) Drafts, generates, prepares and releases authorized proposals and billing statements to client companies. 22) Generates and prepares Summaries of Client Database; Status Reports of Business Development strategy / program / project / initiative / activity and other pertinent controlling, monitoring and evaluation – related reports to the services of the department. 23) Safe keeps / documents all proofs of payments and signed contracts for every service / activity / program / project. 24) Coordinates schedules, materials, Contact Details for personal pick - up and / or delivery by company's Liaisons / Riders.
