• Develop expertise in products that will allow oneself to act as a resource for other team members and provide in depth solutions to customer queries
• Provide support to other Technical Support Representatives to allow them to be more technically sufficient and independent
• Interact with other technical groups within the company
• Manage critical support problems and questions, handle escalations and sensitive problems and questions
• Manage critical accounts
• Be recognized as a specialist in specific technical areas andplatforms
Basic Qualifications:
• Completed 1 Semester in College or Completed a Short Course
• Fluent in English and excellent conversational skills
• Must be willing to work in Taguig, Makati and Muntinlupa City
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules primarily during Night Shift
• Call-center experience is an advantage but NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!
