Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Account
Location: Quezon City Site

Duties and Responsibility:

- Answers questions & resolves issues based on phone calls/letters from members, providers & plan sponsors; categorizing level of priority of requests & coordinating with the appropriate staff; documents & tracks contacts with members, providers & plan sponsors; explains member's rights and responsibilities in accordance to contract; handle complaints (member/provider), grievance & appeals (member/provider) via relevant recording & reporting system; determines applicable coverage provisions & verifies member plan eligibility relating to incoming correspondence & internal referrals.

Qualifications:

- Must have completed at least 2nd year in college
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of medical terminologies
- Strong analytical skills & attention to detail
- No BPO Experience Required
