Job Description:
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products and service questions; suggest information about other products and services
• Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
• Maybe required to read from a script
• Prepare service reports by collecting and analyzing customer needs to ensure overall customer satisfaction
