This position will play a pivotal role in speaking to customers that have applied for a loan, ensuring that all lending conditions are met and optimized prior to paying the funds to the customer. You will be required to pro-actively contact and interact with customers to satisfy the conditions in a timely and accurate manner to focus on both quality and optimal conversion.

• Pro-actively contact customers for additional information or clarification to meet lending conditions in a timely manner. Deliver a high level of customer service and represent the brand appropriately at first point of contact. Maximize conversion rates through buildinga rapport and objection handling.
• Provide assistance to all our customers regarding their application status. Provide accurate information on products and services to ensure consistency across the organization and provide both a reliable and trustworthy customer service. Promote the lending business, its products and services, to build the highest and best reputation with its customers.
• Review and verify documentation received to support loan approvals for completion and accuracy. Prepare post-payout customer packs promptly to complete the application journey.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year relevant experience in banking and financial services industry handling credit cards, loans, and mortgages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Must be a good listener with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Highly persuasive and can assert one’s self in dealing with various types of people.
• Can handle pressure, stretched targets and deadlines.
• Has good organizational and problem-solving skills, and excellent attention to detail. Has the ability to multitask.
• Attention to detail is a must within a target driven and service standards process.
• Highly adaptable and willing to be trained for a new product line.
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
• Can confidently approach and deal with customers at all levels.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends.
• Willing to work in Makati City.
