Job Responsibilities:

Answer calls in a professional manner and act upon the requests of clients promptly and professionally Facilitate hotel/airline bookings and converse clearly with overseas-based contacts Communicate all steps taken in the booking and work well with the entire team including overseas-based team members Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, and/or College Degree, any field. Required language(s): English At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Travel account experience is an advantage Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Good computer skills, strong English communication and comprehension Strong personality and a sense of pride in what you do is required Should be detail-oriented and able to thoroughly complete tasks Should be able to multi-task Preferrably with experience coming from accounts such as Hilton, IHG, Travelocity, Expedia, and similar accounts Must be willing to work in a shifting schedule Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City. Willing to start ASAP. 5 Full-Time position(s) available. Experience with the following would be very beneficial: • Sabre product • ROCADE • Crewing Logistics • Hotel / Transport bookings • Regularly scheduled crew We are not a recruitment agency.
