• Responsible for handling email queries related within IT service.
• Assist in providing first level of technical support.

• Provide and establish a positive customer support through handling concerns in a professional manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
• Must be proficient in communicating orally or verbally ( Mandarin, English, and Tagalog)
• Candidate shall possess a bachelor’s degree in any field.
• IT knowledge and experience is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays.
• Open to fresh graduates.
