Job Description: * Performs initial diagnosis of reported incident/ concern * Provides onsite first level support * Escalates incident to appropriate Level 2 Support group per service levels * Provide timely updates of ticket status to user and other concerned party * Performs Software/Hardware installation / repair / replacement * Prepares and submit field service report and other documents deemed necessary Education and Experience * Graduate of any IT-related vocational course or 2-year college level relevant to the position. * At least 3 years of working experience in IT operations as first level support or Service Desk Technician/Specialist * With experience in troubleshooting IOS, Android and Windows mobile devices (e.g. Smart phones, Tablets) * With training certificate on Customer Service, ITIL Foundation course training, PC trouble shooting, Microsoft Support- related training (e.g. Troubleshooting and Support Windows 7 in the enterprise, Installing and Configuring Windows 10, etc) * Excellent in oral and written communication skills.
