Responsibilities:

-Will be providing 2nd level of assistance to Japanese clients via calls and chat
-Handle escalation and conduct image data surveillance.
-Providing coaching sessions to agents in order to provide quality customer service
-Conducting performance appraisals

Requirements:

-Filipino who can speak, read, and write Japanese
-At least Japanese Level 1 or Level 2 (JLPT Certificate is notrequired)
-Must be good in speaking and writing
-JLPT certificate and English proficiency are not required.
-With any Bachelor’s degree
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel
-Has experience in supervisory position
-BPO experience is an advantage (not required)
