Job Description: * Providing first level support through calls/emails and handling the resulting incidents or service request using the management/request fulfillment procedures * Ensures incident/service request is appropriately logged and updated in the IT Service Desk/ Ticketing System * Analyzes issue/concern for correct prioritization and classification * Ensures submitted service request has been processed or reported incident has been addressed * Provide initial assessment of the incident/service request to determine which IT resource to engage in order to address the concern * Escalates/ coordinates incident/service request to appropriate Level 2 Support Group * Monitors Service Desk ticket and provide updates to users in a timely manner * Coordinates closely with onsite Support for ticket updates. Education and Experience: * Graduate of BS Electronics Communication and Engineering / BS Computer Engineering / BS Information Technology / BS Computer Science or other technical course relevant to the position. * At least 3 years of working of working experience in IT service desk operations as phone or call center technical support with at least 1 year first level technical support experience * With experience in trouble shooting IOS, Android and Windows mobile devices (e.g. Smart phones, Tablets) * With training certificate on Customer Service, ITIL Foundation course training, PC trouble shooting, Microsoft Support-related training (e.g. Troubleshooting and Supporting Windows 7 in the enterprise, Installing and Configuring Windows 10, etc) * Excellent in oral and written communication skills.
