Job Description:

• Create Social Media Content Plan (text and photos) conceptualize original, relevant, and engaging social media marketing campaigns on various platforms
• Create a regular publishing schedule
• Monitor and reply to all online reviews, comments, inquiries, and bookings (including emails) in a timely manner
• Report feedback and online reviews
• Coordinate with other departments in case of pertinent concerns from guests which need specific information and to stay updated on new products, features and company-related events
• Take photos of relevant events and personalities to use for onlineposts
• All endorsed tasks related to digital and social media
• Assist the designated manager for all endorsed tasks related to marketing and communications
• Maintain competition check and other information related to revenue generation or reputation management
• Explore all possible digital media advertising platforms, programs, software, etc
