• Research customer problems/issues to increase knowledge and familiarity with the supported product and provide the highest level of support possible
• Deliver appropriate personnel a precise understanding of user’s issues when a problem/issue needs escalated to a member of the Implementation or Development team
• Monitors incoming support tickets and resolves in accordance with client service level expectations
