Position: Technical Support Specialist for Cyber Security
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary Range: 20,000 to 25,000 PHP
Schedule: Shifting
Start Date: ASAP

Job Responsibilities:

- Phone and email support
- Carry out tasks and assignments as required by the project (e.g. source expansion, entity clean-up, data categorization, data coding and analysis).
- Conduct a quality check on researched data and information.
- Prepare reports as required.
- Respond to client communications and concerns in a timely manner.


- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology.
- Relevant work experience in Technical Support, research, and knowledge in Cyber Security
- Ability to read and understand a piece of information and determine its relevance.
- Strong English written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently to conform to tight deadlines and changing processes.
- Well motivated, proactive and driven to achieve objectives.
- Must be analytical, organized, and results-oriented.
- Flexible in terms of work schedule.

Position: Technical Support Specialist for Javascript
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary Range: 25,000 to 30,000 PHP
Schedule: Night Shift
Start Date: ASAP

Job Responsibilities:

- Delight customers by providing timely, expert advice
- Act as the first level of support for questions, issues, and commontasks
- Resolve technical support inquiries with speed and precision
- Use written and verbal communication to help educate our customers on the Medallia platform
- Create knowledge articles for new issues identified
- Escalate cases to the next tier of support as needed


- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused, supportenvironment
- Excellent written and verbal English required
- Proven track record of driving change focused on improving the customer experience
- Ability to follow knowledge articles, with an extreme level of attention to detail
- Ability to learn on the fly and prioritize conflicting tasks
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Foreign language fluency is a plus
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and XML a plus
