JOB Description:

The Workforce Specialist shall mechanize the collection of all historical data for trending - call
volume/chat volume, average handle time, service level and shrinkage factors.
Identify trending needs. Standardize methods to be used for trending call volume, AHT, service
level and shrinkage; Analyze call center trends to generate staffing requirements for the long rage,
hiring and training and short range forecasts and consistent delivery of accurate staffing forecasts.
Generate reports to monitor agents' and site's performance. Responsible for, Attendance
Monitoring, Masterfile Maintenance, Intra-Day Performance Report Analysis, Headcount Monitoring.

Preferred Requirements:

● Candidates must possess at least Bachelor'S Degree, anyfield
● At least to 1-3 years experience as Real-Time/Workforce Analyst in a BPO Industry
● Preferably 2-4 Years BPO Experienced employee
● Must demonstrate sound arithmetic, analytical and problem solving skills.
● Ability to work with minimal supervision and support operational requirements and
● May be utilized to accomplish one of other WF specialization tasks such as (scheduling,
short-term forecasting)
● Ability to adapt to workload and multitask with attention to detail in a dynamic environment
● Excellent people and client management skills
● Willing to work on shifting schedule.
● Proficient in MS Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
● Good interpersonal skills
● Excellent Written and Oral English Communications
